42nd Street - The definitive backstage musical

Starring Warner Baxter, George Brent, Dick Powell, Ruby Keeler, Una Merkel, Bebe Daniels and Ginger Rogers as Anytime Annie. The classic musical airs on TCM on Tuesday, December 29th at 8:45am EST. A must see for anyone who loves musicals or great movies in general. The one that kinda started it all.

    Dawn, once you see this , There Is No Going Back ! Trust me you will want the Busby Berkeley Box Set. it only has 42nd street, Dames, Footlight Parade(James Cagney Is fantastic), Gold Digger of 1933, and 1935, and The Busby Berkekey DVD and a soundtrack sampler CD. PS Upsampled to 1080p it's a mind blowing experience.

    Paul, I do not know how I missed seeing this wonderful film on TCM. I will look for it on DVD to add to my collection.
